  • The Word file of your manuscript
  • Synopsis of your story
  • Selected Cover Image from CanStock Photo
  • Preferred due date
  • The person who referred you to Pittsburgh Writer. We use a Referral Rewards Program. Please include their name, email, or social media profile, so we can identify the referral.

Paperback Covers

If you ordered a paperback front and back cover with spine, please include the following:
  • The name of the printing company (ex: CreateSpace)
  • The print size of your book (ex: 6" x 9")
  • The cover template supplied by the printer
  • The exact text and imagery for the back.
  • The exact text and possible logo for the spine.

Please note: if you prefer to have the cover image chosen by the designer, we'll select a winning image. However, you must accept our first choice. Cover image changes will include an up charge of $25.00.

Design Process

An assigned designer will contact you within 3 days after you submit these necessary items. Please make sure you provide detailed information. The more descriptive you are, the more powerful your cover becomes.

Your completed project will be delivered within 7 days from the time you submit the necessary items.

After the designer delivers the final cover, one round of revisions can be requested at no extra charge. Additional changes may be subject to up charges.
